Toska is quite simply the quintessential earth mother. She was one of the original dogs imported from the Ladushki Kennel in Russia. She is a funny, somewhat shy girl who has appointed herself the guardian of all puppies born at Ahavapicaro, whether they are hers or not. It is amazing to see her scold a mother who she thinks is not 'doing it properly'. Then Toska will go station herself at the puppy pen and not move until either I check or the new mum 'gets it right'! She, herself, produces amazing lovely puppies. While we do not have photos of Toska as a child, we think her original coat color was a brown or chocolate which silvered out. For me she has the most typical Bolonka coat...large looping curls that are soft. Below are other photos of Toska and her offspring.
